Shipping:
Free Shipping orders will ship via USPS or FedEx at the most cost effective rate. If you'd prefer your order ship via a specific service please choose that profile at checkout, or contact us to arrange. Shipping upgrades are the responsibility of the purchaser.
International Shipping:
All shipping costs are based on product weight and shipping is calculated for your location.

Please note that WAAM Industries is not responsible for any duties and taxes for international deliveries as they vary according to country and are assessed upon arrival.
Easy Returns & Exchanges:
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of delivery for all defective and damaged products. Returned products must be returned in their complete and original packaging. In the event of a return, please contact WAAM Industries, info@waamindustries.com prior to shipping package to request a return.
Please note that WAAM Industries is not responsible for shipping charges on returns. A full refund for returned products will be processed upon receiving returned product in complete and original condition. In the unlikely event that a product is damaged upon shipping, the refund will be forfeited, and the customer will need to be in contact with the shipping company to collect damages.
